Leadership and Team Management:
- Lead, coach, and inspire a team of directors, managers, and senior engineers.
- Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Build and scale high-performing engineering teams through hiring, coaching, and professional development.
Strategic Vision and Execution:
- Serve as the single engineering DRI for Labs & Membership.
- Define and deliver the engineering roadmap in partnership with product and design.
- Partner with executive leadership to shape the company’s long-term health platform strategy and roadmap.
Technical Oversight and Collaboration:
- Oversee the design and evolution of platform architecture.
- Collaborate with data and AI partners to develop predictive, personalized recommendations.
- Act as a trusted advisor across Hims & Hers, influencing senior stakeholders.
