Senior Director of Engineering, Labs & Membership

Leadership and Team Management:

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of directors, managers, and senior engineers.
• Foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Build and scale high-performing engineering teams through hiring, coaching, and professional development.

Strategic Vision and Execution:

• Serve as the single engineering DRI for Labs & Membership.
• Define and deliver the engineering roadmap in partnership with product and design.
• Partner with executive leadership to shape the company’s long-term health platform strategy and roadmap.

Technical Oversight and Collaboration:

• Oversee the design and evolution of platform architecture.
• Collaborate with data and AI partners to develop predictive, personalized recommendations.
• Act as a trusted advisor across Hims & Hers, influencing senior stakeholders.
