Frontend Engineering Team Lead

Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a distributed frontend engineering team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and growth-oriented culture.
• Provide technical leadership across frontend architecture, ensuring best practices in performance, scalability, and maintainability.
• Contribute to system design and architectural decisions for complex web applications and frontend ecosystems.

Requirements:

• 8+ years in software development with strong expertise in modern frontend technologies (Vue, React, or Angular).
• 2+ years in a technical leadership or team lead role with mentoring and performance management.
• Strong hands-on experience with Vue ecosystem (Vuex, Vue Router), JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and frontend build tools.
