Actuarial Manager

You will report directly to the Chief Actuary and play a key role in shaping how Accompany Health designs, measures, and optimizes its care model. This is a hybrid role at the intersection of actuarial science, health economics, and clinical operations strategy — applying quantitative rigor to understand how our care delivery model creates value and improves patient outcomes. You will partner closely with Clinical, Operations, and Finance leadership to design new programs, forecast their expected impact, and evaluate actual performance against expectations. Your work will help quantify how clinical and operational decisions influence medical costs, risk adjustment revenue, and patient outcomes — providing the analytic foundation for strategic decisions across the organization.
