Job Description

We are looking for a Tech Lead responsible for guiding and supporting a team delivering Managed Services on Microsoft Azure for multiple clients in Western Europe, ranging from large enterprises to mid-sized companies. This role combines strong technical expertise in Azure with operational team management. As a Tech Lead, you will act as the primary technical point of contact, oversee the stability and lifecycle management of cloud environments, and ensure that best practices in automation, security, and compliance are applied. At the same time, you will be responsible for mentoring engineers, developing their skills and competencies, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery. Leading and developing a team of Azure support engineers through coaching, mentoring, and performance reviews. Organize and prioritize the team’s workload to meet agreed SLAs and business expectations. Act as the primary technical point of contact between the support team, business stakeholders, and other IT teams.
