About the Role:
- Lead the team that builds device intelligence for scanning and fingerprinting network assets.
- Set direction for reverse engineering investment and hold documentation and test standards.
Responsibilities:
- Mentor device and reverse engineers through regular 1:1s and career coaching.
- Own technical strategy for device coverage and prioritize protocol work.
- Champion automation and AI-assisted development tools.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of engineering management experience with Agile product teams.
- Strong technical background with Node.js, TypeScript, Go, Python, and Unix/Linux.
- Experience shipping software to customer-managed or on-prem infrastructure.
