Product Manager

The Growth Platform group powers how Kraken communicates and ships experiences at scale—spanning CommTech, MarTech, Content Platform, CMS, and the Affiliate/KOL Platform. You’ll lead product strategy and operating cadence across these teams, manage and mentor PMs, and step in directly on high-impact initiatives from discovery through launch. You’ll work hands-on with Engineers, Designers, and PMs, and engage directly with the C-suite. The opportunity involves designing and building a communications and content platform and improve the Affiliate/KOL platform. Lead cross-functional collaboration with Lifecycle, Marketing, Core Product teams, Brand, Client Engagement, Data, and Engineering.
