Job Description
Miratech is looking for a Software Engineer to support AI-powered Contact Center modernization initiatives. This role involves automating legacy routing systems using Large Language Models (LLMs), cloud-native tools, and modern scripting. Responsibilities include automating existing contact center routing systems using AI agent technologies; designing and implementing cloud-native automation solutions using Python and LLMs; and leveraging AWS or Azure services . The candidate should have 4+ years of Python experience, knowledge of data structures and algorithms, experience in automation scripting, exposure to LLMs and Cloud platforms, and a strong understanding of SDLC and CI/CD best practices.
