Senior Payroll Tax Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage employer tax account registrations.
• Track and ensure timely registration completion and documentation.
• Research and resolve payroll tax notices in a timely manner.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in payroll tax, including multi-state tax environments.
• Proven experience working with payroll systems and third-party payroll vendors.

Subject Matter Expert:

• Serve as the payroll tax subject matter expert for internal leadership.
• Translate complex tax issues into clear action plans for non-technical stakeholders.
• Advise clients and internal teams on corrective actions.
