About the Role:
- As AI transforms engineering, we seek Full Stack Engineers as seeds across product teams.
- You will help establish a highly autonomous, AI-augmented, end-to-end development model.
Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end development of product features covering frontend and backend.
- Integrate AI coding tools like Cursor, Copilot, and Claude Code into daily workflows.
- Proactively identify efficiency bottlenecks and propose improvements across teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in CS or AI-related field; 1-5 years professional experience.
- Proficiency in Node.js, React, and at least one backend language (Java or Golang).
- Strong foundation in database design, AI coding tools, and logical thinking.
