Job Description
The Advisor Support Associate plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of services to our CPL (Cost Per Lead) and AMP clients. This individual will be responsible for a range of operational tasks, including lead invalidation, credit management, client invoicing, and direct client support via email, contributing directly to client satisfaction and retention. Key responsibilities include lead invalidation management, client financial operations, and client support & escalation. They will conduct invalidation reviews, manage client financials, and serve as a point of contact for operational inquiries regarding lead credit, invoicing, and payment updates.
