Deposition Transcript Attorney (CA Licensed - Remote)

Position Overview:

• Review deposition transcripts in detail, identifying key testimony and discrepancies.
• Discuss findings with clients and update case files promptly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct post-deposition client discussions to explain significance and next steps.
• Manage a high-volume queue with accurate timekeeping and billing.
• Flag cases requiring escalation to trial attorneys.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor from accredited law school and active California Bar membership.
• Strong knowledge of California workers' compensation law and deposition procedure.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
