Job Description
The Test Engineering team within the Quality Engineering (QE) organization is looking for a Senior Android Test Engineer with strong expertise in Android to design, develop, and implement robust test tools, frameworks, and processes. You'll play a key role in fostering a quality-first engineering culture and elevating the overall quality standards across Reddit's Android development ecosystem.
The mission of the Quality Engineering org is to enable quality in all engineering teams at Reddit by providing robust test tools and frameworks that help establish quality standards across the development pipelines.
Responsibilities include contributing to a quality-first engineering culture, designing scalable test automation frameworks, analyzing production issues, maintaining test infrastructure, troubleshooting complex issues, and mentoring less experienced engineers.
