The Test Engineering team is seeking a Staff Software Engineer to enhance quality across Reddit's engineering teams. Responsibilities include developing test automation frameworks, analyzing production issues, and influencing the engineering organization on testing practices to enable quality in software feature development.

As an SDET you will help us design and develop test automation to ensure product quality and improve users’ experience. You will lead the design, development, and execution of comprehensive test plans and test cases across frontend (web & mobile), backend, APIs, and databases. You will implement best practices in manual and automated testing.
