About the role:
- We are looking for a Designer/Researcher to drive design and research efforts for government programs that affect millions of Americans.
- You will lead work on cross-functional teams, championing user needs from research to prototyping to design systems.
What you'll do:
- Prioritize, plan, and deliver roadmap-level design and research initiatives on projects.
- Apply a human-centered design mindset to challenges by relentlessly focusing on user needs.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to turn complex requirements into simple, accessible digital experiences.
Who you are:
- You have at least five years of experience as a designer on product teams.
- You are a systems thinker and advocate for users with excellent communication skills.
- You are adaptive, empathetic, and able to build strong collaborative relationships.
