About the Role:
- Magpie Health Analytics is seeking a Human-Centered Design (HCD) Specialist to improve digital applications for federal health clients.
- The role focuses on understanding how people use systems and making them easier to navigate.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative user research, including interviews, usability studies, and discovery sessions.
- Analyze findings to develop personas, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Apply Section 508, WCAG, and U.S. Web Design System standards for accessible experiences.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HCI, UX Design, Psychology, or a related field with 4+ years of experience.
- Experience with user interviews, usability testing, journey mapping, and prototyping.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
