Director, Health Center Programs - DC

The Health Center Program Director is responsible for creating a superior customer experience for our Health Center partners in pharmacy. The Health Center Program Director directly oversees assigned programs in order to manage the quality and execution of pharmacy programs in a comprehensive, collaborative manner and is accountable for all activities of the assigned programs. Responsible for communicating and escalating any program needs and status to the Regional Vice President. The director will have the added responsibility to lead enterprise initiatives and projects such as standardized 340B implementation, DoD program support, special assignments and mentoring new HC program managers across the organization.
