Role Impact:
- Build a scalable performance marketing engine driving real revenue outcomes, owning search end-to-end from technical SEO to paid acquisition.
- Embed AI into search workflows and support revenue growth through high-quality inbound demand from organic and paid channels.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and resolve technical SEO issues related to crawlability, indexation, and site health.
- Build and optimize paid search campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and Bing Ads.
- Improve website performance metrics like Core Web Vitals that impact rankings and conversions.
- Develop reporting systems using GA4, Search Console, and ad platforms, translating data into actionable insights.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Requires 3+ years in SEO, SEM, or performance marketing with strong technical SEO and data analysis skills.
- Must have experience with paid search platforms, AI tools, and building or working with AI agents for workflow automation.
- Needs a strong systems thinking and experimentation mindset to design scalable search frameworks.
