Responsibilities:
- Provide Tier 1–2 support for macOS devices and SaaS applications, serving as the first point of contact for IT requests.
- Troubleshoot access, authentication, and device-related issues to ensure seamless technology experiences.
Systems Management:
- Administer JumpCloud for MDM, policies, and device enrollment, and manage Google Workspace users and access.
- Handle identity and access management, including onboarding, off-boarding, and SSO troubleshooting.
Operational Support:
- Own hardware procurement, asset management, and SaaS tool provisioning for tools like Slack and Zoom.
- Document processes and work closely with security teams to enforce access controls and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Require 2+ years in IT support with strong macOS experience and hands-on knowledge of JumpCloud and Google Workspace.
- Value troubleshooting skills, communication, and experience in startup environments for automation and scalability.
