Build dynamic Power BI dashboards and advanced reporting solutions to elevate data visualization and accessibility.
Serve as a trusted subject matter expert in Workday reporting, ensuring adherence to data protection and governance standards.

Collaboration & Strategy:

Partner strategically with HR leaders and cross-functional teams to identify, prioritize, and deliver on reporting needs.
Translate complex business needs into intuitive, actionable reporting solutions that empower decision-makers.
Contribute to enterprise data initiatives, including data warehouse and semantic model development for HCM data.

Data Governance & Quality:

Champion data accuracy and integrity through rigorous validation of highly sensitive HR data.
Drive data quality initiatives that strengthen governance and improve overall reliability of HR data.
Establish and uphold reporting standards by maintaining clear documentation, procedures, and best practices.
