Manager, Analytics Engineer

People Leadership & Operational Excellence:

• Forecast headcount needs and lead the hiring process.
• Identify and develop opportunities for career progression for your direct reports.
• Design and manage workflows that support efficient scaling.

Technical Execution:

• Actively contribute to the backend data model (LookML) and frontend visualizations.
• Formulate complex SQL queries and oversee the code quality of the team.
• Collaborate with Data Product Services Managers.

Qualifications:

• Expert-level proficiency in SQL is required.
• Strong hands-on experience with at least one enterprise BI platform.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
