Job Description
We are looking for a Junior Sourcing (Resource) Coordinator to join Miratech’s dynamic Sourcing team and contribute to our continued success. In this role, you will support sourcing activities, assist with documentation, and ensure the smooth execution of staffing and resource management processes.
Responsibilities include creating comprehensive candidate profiles, preparing and managing documentation, working with internal systems and databases, and supporting Sourcing Managers in daily activities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in IT administrative or business-related positions, strong skills in document creation, proficiency in MS Office, excellent attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
