What You'll Do:
- Build the EHR: Create features and systems that superpower our practitioners to do their best work as well as enable the platform to scale.
- Take a problem from idea to production - we ship continuously and every day.
- Use AI to get more done, and help us get better at building this way.
What You'll Bring:
- Strong fundamentals in modeling data, designing APIs, debugging, and writing clean code.
- Backend experience with Python and Django.
- Comfort with LLMs and prompting, and a bias toward shipping.
Nice-To-Haves:
- Shipped LLM features in production.
- Healthcare, EHR, or FHIR experience.
- Startup experience and comfort with server-rendered frontend, Postgres, and Redis.
