Market Research Associate (Scandinavian languages)

As a Market Research Associate, you will be responsible for project recruitment, ensuring tasks are executed for projects in the Scandinavian region and any other QQFS assigned markets. You will need to reach out to M3 Global Research panelists via phone and carry out cold calling to recruit respondents. This involves scheduling interviews and proactively planning, organizing, and implementing panel recruitment solutions on allocated projects. You will also provide updates to the project management team, flag projects of concern, and ensure outsource targets are achieved. Panel building and engagement are key, with responsibilities including meeting monthly registration targets, executing initiatives, and calling new registrants to confirm details. You will also work across multiple systems to handle inquiries and complaints, providing solutions and following up to ensure resolution.
