Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary subject matter expert for ERCOT compliance, including nodal protocols and settlement processes.
- Track and report rule changes in all US ISO/RTO markets, focusing on ERCOT.
- Develop and maintain internal compliance policies, procedures, and controls tailored to each market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, master's preferred.
- 5+ years regulatory compliance experience in US ISO/RTO wholesale energy markets.
- Demonstrated ERCOT expertise and familiarity with PUCT regulations.
Working Conditions:
- Fully remote position with 95% office environment and 5% travel.
- Self-directed work with strong virtual collaboration skills.
- Requires sitting/standing at computer for extended periods.
