Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as primary subject matter expert for ERCOT compliance, including nodal protocols and settlement processes.
  • Track and report rule changes in all US ISO/RTO markets, focusing on ERCOT.
  • Develop and maintain internal compliance policies, procedures, and controls tailored to each market.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, master's preferred.
  • 5+ years regulatory compliance experience in US ISO/RTO wholesale energy markets.
  • Demonstrated ERCOT expertise and familiarity with PUCT regulations.

Working Conditions:

  • Fully remote position with 95% office environment and 5% travel.
  • Self-directed work with strong virtual collaboration skills.
  • Requires sitting/standing at computer for extended periods.
