What you will be doing:
- Setting and driving technical strategy across Partners engineering teams.
- Owning design of core backend services for high-performance distributed systems.
- Leading and influencing engineers through code, design reviews, and mentorship.

- Demonstrable experience at staff or principal level.
- Deep backend engineering expertise with distributed systems.
- Strong communication and ability to make technical decisions legible.
