Treasury Analyst

The Opportunity:

• Support the Treasurer with full ownership of reporting, cash management, and dealing operations.
• Work closely with the Treasurer to shape liquidity management, deal execution, and investment strategy.
• Build deep treasury expertise inside a fast-moving, founder-led bank.

What Success Looks Like:

• Within 6 months, take full ownership of daily and monthly reporting, ensuring accuracy before output.
• By 12 months, have confidence to pick up and enhance existing processes, improving reporting and liquidity management.
• Become a reliable resource for the Treasurer, capable of operating independently.

Your Background:

• 5+ years' experience in a bank treasury function with knowledge of liquidity and capital regulation.
• Strong Excel skills and dealing experience with trade evaluation and execution.
• Attention to detail and excellent writing skills for documentation.
