Head of Technology

The Head of Technology is responsible for building Ascendancy’s AI Services platform, managing Ascendancy’s tech stack, and ensuring all Ascendancy services run smoothly. This Partner is tasked with building an E2E automated client delivery system integrated with Ascendancy’s long-term vision. The Head of Technology will design and build robust backend services and APIs to power our core platform, develop and maintain scalable data pipelines to support internal analytics and AI/ML applications. The role also involves managing and optimizing Ascendancy’s data lake/warehouse architecture, designing data workflows that integrate and experiment with ML models, and ensuring high performance, security, and reliability across backend systems. Infrastructure decisions, especially related to data governance and scalability, and managing client dashboards are also part of the responsibilities.
