AI Software Architect/Developer

We are seeking an AI Software Architect/Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building out the AI initiatives program from the ground up. You will be part of a focused team with the mission to evaluate and build prototypes/solution frameworks for various business requirements - these range from new product features/enhancements, engineering team excellence assisted by AI and other improvements by leveraging AI within the broader technology organization. You will serve as a cross-functional AI thought partner, driving the strategic roadmap in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Executive leadership. You will also lead technical and strategic evaluation of AI opportunities, framing and executing POCs/POTs with clear business cases, conceptual models, and measurable impact. You will set technical vision and architectural guardrails for AI/GenAI systems, ensuring alignment with scalability, compliance, and long-term platform strategy.
