Help redefine how Canadians access and build credit as a Staff Developer within our Credit team at KOHO. Focus will be on impactful products like credit building tools, flexible spending solutions, and seamless integrations with Canada’s credit bureaus. Architect systems that help millions of Canadians take control of their financial future. You’ll report to our Senior Manager of Tech and play a key role in shaping a high-performing, collaborative engineering culture. Design and maintain clean, scalable architecture across one of KOHO’s largest and most valuable domains. Build and evolve Go services that integrate with systems like Temporal, DynamoDB, and Postgres. Be a technical leader: mentor developers, guide technical direction, and help build Canada’s best fintech engineering team. Solve complex, high-impact challenges in the credit space with simple, elegant solutions.
