Health Plan Implementation Manager

This position is for a highly organized and relationship-driven Health Plan Implementation Manager to support the ongoing success of health plan contracts. In this role, you will serve as the primary liaison between our organization and our contracted health plans, ensuring compliance with contract terms, delivering on performance metrics, and driving collaborative outcomes. This is a critical role for maintaining strong health plan relationships and supporting the growth and sustainability of our behavioral health services. Responsibilities include contract management, relationship management, performance tracking and reporting, and process improvement.
