About the Role:
- You will lead a multidisciplinary Identification Accuracy team spanning ML engineers, data scientists, and analysts.
- This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of machine learning, data science, and fraud prevention.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive measurable model accuracy outcomes by enabling your team to design, train, evaluate, and deploy ML models.
- Oversee delivery of production ML systems across data pipelines, feature engineering, and deployment.
- Partner with platform and API teams to understand downstream requirements and constraints.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in software engineering, ML, or data science, with at least 2 years leading an ML or data science team.
- Proven experience managing teams that deliver production ML systems.
- Strong technical understanding of ML and data systems with familiarity in MLOps practices.
