Bilingual (Spanish) Clinical Services Coordinator (PST) remote

This role puts you at the center of mission-critical initiatives, helping Heartbeat make rapid progress in the experiences delivered and optimizing supporting systems. Own all patient communication, including outreach, engagement, data entry into internal and external systems, scheduling, appointment coordination, pre-authorizations, and billing follow-up. Schedule virtual visits and outpatient procedures (such as stress tests, echocardiograms, and cardiac calcium scoring) with both Heartbeat and third parties. Discover and recommend better ways to communicate, connect, and build relationships with Heartbeat patients. Follow up with patients via email, phone, and/or text to drive patient engagement. Provide technical support and connection assistance to patients. Compile, verify accuracy, and sort information to prepare source data for reporting. Identify and correct deficiencies or errors in data, processes, and systems. Document customer and account data and generate standardized reports. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation. Execute policies that promote the best patient experience.
