Role:
- Own UGC campaigns end-to-end, from creator sourcing to final delivery.
- Identify, vet, and secure creators based on brand fit.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all creator communication and ensure on-time, on-brief delivery.
- Collaborate with project managers and guide UGC Coordinators.
- Keep systems updated and oversee creator payments.
Experience:
- 4+ years owning UGC or influencer campaigns end-to-end.
- Strong communication, organization, and ClickUp proficiency.
