Role Overview:
- Own day-to-day production leadership across assigned accounts.

Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of agency or in-house design experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field.
- Healthcare/pharma experience preferred.
- Active experimentation with AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Pay range: $70,000–$80,000 per year.
