Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary technical escalation point for Customer Success and Support teams.
- Investigate and resolve complex technical issues through root-cause analysis.
- Partner with Security, Detection & Response, Engineering to translate specialized knowledge into practical guidance.
Requirements:
- 7+ years cybersecurity experience, with at least 3-4 in a customer-facing consultative role.
- Deep technical knowledge across EDR, NDR, SIEM, cloud security, and related domains.
- Excellent communication and consultative skills, with ability to adapt discussions for various stakeholders.
Benefits:
- Base salary range $122,400–$177,500 USD with variable compensation and equity eligibility.
