Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the Security Operations Center (SOC) and manage a team of security professionals.
- Develop and implement security policies, incident response protocols, and security monitoring strategies.
- Lead by example as a highly technical leader delivering high business impact across multiple projects.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 10 years in security operations with at least 5 years in leadership; bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Proven experience managing a SOC and leading incident response; strong understanding of SIEM, IDS/IPS, EDR, and vulnerability management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills; knowledge of security frameworks such as NIST and ISO 27001.
