Role Overview:
- Lead Agile execution and delivery for a cross-functional team building data pipelines and AI/analytics ready data products on Azure.
- Coordinate workstreams, manage dependencies, and drive delivery of HR data capabilities for reporting and analytics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Agile Release Train, facilitate ceremonies, and ensure backlog readiness in partnership with Product Owners.
- Track delivery metrics, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement of Agile practices.
- Partner with HR Analytics, Corporate Systems, and Enterprise Data teams to align Oracle HCM data sourcing with Azure pipelines.
Qualifications:
- SAFe Release Train Engineer (RTE) and Scrum Master certifications required.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and problem-solving skills across technical and business teams.
- Ability to influence without authority in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
