About the Role:

• You will join an interdisciplinary data squad within PASM, the provider of sustainable energy and infrastructure solutions for all DT locations in Germany.
• The squad builds a cross-company Google Cloud Platform called “Energy Cloud” as the central data hub for digitalization efforts.
• The goal is to automate end-to-end business processes and enable data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate workshops, planning sessions, retrospectives, and team meetings.
• Coordinate timelines, dependencies, and delivery-related activities.
• Create transparency on risks, blockers, and overcommitment.

Collaboration:

• Support effective collaboration across stakeholders and technical teams.
• Drive follow-up actions and ensure decisions are translated into execution.
• Continuously improve team processes and ways of working.
