Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop communication plans and calendars tailored to clinical, operational, and partner audiences.
  • Write, edit, and produce newsletters, fact sheets, web content, briefings, and infographics.

Outreach and Adoption:

  • Promote health information exchange with Veterans, community providers, and industry partners.
  • Develop deployment messaging for Federal EHR site transitions and VistA/CPRS changes.

Workforce and Channels:

  • Manage content for the Health Informatics Community of Practice and internal channels.
  • Support informatics workforce, training, and engagement programs.

Media and Agile Collaboration:

  • Draft press materials, talking points, and social media content for Government review.
  • Participate in PI Planning, iteration ceremonies, and system demos with Agile teams.
