Job Description
Strategic Leadership:
- Lead, coach, and develop the Digital Banking team.
- Define and execute the multi-year digital banking strategy.
- Partner with IT, Operations, Marketing, Compliance, and senior leadership.
Operational Oversight:
- Approve product roadmaps, release plans, and vendor initiatives.
- Oversee digital banking budgets and manage vendor contracts.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration for omnichannel experience design.
Analysis and Improvement:
- Analyze performance, adoption, and financial metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement and foster innovation.
- Establish governance standards for lifecycle management, prioritization, and change control.
