Program Operations:
- Create robust systems to support diverse projects and funding sources.
- Maintain standards to ensure operational excellence across delivery.
- Support Senior Managers to identify strategic and operational risks.
Risk and Compliance:
- Understand legal and regulatory context to find appropriate solutions.
- Ensure US portfolio maintains procurement compliance.
- Track and manage country-level risk framework.
Budgeting and Planning:
- Serve as analytical support for portfolio and program budget development.
- Support Senior Managers to review project budgets.
- Accountable for portfolio budget to actuals.
Team Management and Coordination:
- Manage US team Senior Managers and Managers as needed.
- Serve as representative of US team to executive leadership.
- Support the CD to build a strong team culture rooted in GD’s values.
