About the Role:
- You will oversee accounting deliverables for fund administration customers, reporting to the General Manager.
- You will manage a team of accounting leaders and shape the function's trajectory.
What You'll Do:
- Own end-to-end fund accounting for real estate private credit clients, including NAV and capital activity.
- Build customer relationships to drive satisfaction and revenue growth.
- Lead strategic projects and cross-functional initiatives on automation and new services.
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of private equity fund accounting experience with complex structures.
- 5+ years managing high-performing teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or related field.
