• Provide strategic, project-based leadership across financial operations, reporting, and business planning.
• Support credit-focused hedge funds and alternative managers in scaling their finance functions.

**Core Areas of Expertise:**

• Building and optimizing finance infrastructure for alternative investment firms.
• Overseeing fund accounting, management company accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash management.
• Enhancing financial reporting, internal controls, and operational transparency.

**What You Bring:**

• Prior experience as a CFO or equivalent senior finance leadership role in a credit-focused firm.
• Deep understanding of fund structures, investment operations, and financial infrastructure.
• Senior, hands-on operator able to roll up sleeves and advise on structure and strategy.
