Who We’re Looking For:
- Experienced Chief Operating Officers to support clients across the alternative investment landscape.
- Provide strategic, project-based leadership to hedge funds, private equity firms, and family offices.
Core Areas of Expertise:
- Building, scaling, and optimizing operating infrastructure across alternative investment firms.
- Overseeing front-to-back office functions including operations, finance, compliance, and technology.
- Driving operational efficiency, process improvement, and cost optimization initiatives.
What You Bring:
- Prior experience as a COO or equivalent senior leadership role within hedge funds, private equity, or family offices.
- Deep understanding of investment firm operations and infrastructure.
- Proven track record of scaling businesses, building teams, and driving execution.
