About the Role:
- Own and execute the operational workflows that move SPVs and venture funds from submission, through launch, to first deployment, and throughout the fund lifecycle.
- Execute end-to-end subscription workflows for LPs investing via IRAs, including LP onboarding, subscription document processing, and investor support.
You will:
- Own and execute the operational workflows that move SPVs and venture funds from submission, through launch, to first deployment, and throughout the fund lifecycle.
- Execute end-to-end subscription workflows for LPs investing via IRAs, including LP onboarding, subscription document processing, and investor support.
- Manage a high-volume pipeline of active SPV launches, triaging priorities and hitting deadlines without sacrificing accuracy.
You have:
- 2+ years in an operations role, ideally in fund administration, financial services, legal ops, or a high-volume tech startup environment.
- Superb attention to detail; you catch errors at scale, under pressure, and before they reach the GP or LP.
