Job Description

In this role, you will be focused on enhancing and optimizing our direct and programmatic advertising capabilities across Bumble Inc’s apps, to grow ad revenue while protecting the user experience. Develop the product strategy and execution plan for optimising Bumble Inc’s ad revenue growth, influencing various stakeholders to deliver new advertising products and features. Own Bumble Inc’s ad platform, being the point of knowledge for technical understanding and execution. Enhance our direct-sold ad offering on Bumble, delivering new ad formats and capabilities to meet advertiser needs. Optimize our programmatic ad stack on Badoo, integrating new ad placements and demand partners. Build and lead the advertising strategy for Bumble BFF, driving innovative monetization while safeguarding user experience. Maintain our consent management tooling to ensure advertising complies with the latest privacy laws and regulations. Understand and own Bumble Inc’s ad inventory potential, balancing this with ensuring advertising does not impact users and the app ecosystem. Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, ad ops, business analytics, legal, and finance teams to grow advertising revenue.
