Senior Analyst, Product Research

You'll play a key role in shaping and executing innovative pricing programs that drive USRM's profit and growth goals as part of the Personal Lines Auto Delivery team. You'll take ownership of end-to-end rollouts for assigned states, ensuring compliance with regulations while collaborating closely with stakeholders like the Director of State Operations. With a focus on project management , you'll simplify complex concepts and conduct deep analyses to guide strategic decisions. The role involves gathering and documenting product requirements, leading cross-functional workstreams, managing projects, and educating partners. You'll gain a deep understanding of product and pricing ecosystems, exposure to different parts of the organization, project management skills, and foundational knowledge for product roles.
