What You'll Do:
- Manage accounts payable, including invoice coding, tracking approvals, and following up on outstanding items.
- Support billing and AR by resolving discrepancies and monitoring receivables.
- Research operational supplies and equipment, compare vendors, and recommend purchases.
What We're Looking For:
- 2-4 years of hands-on experience in finance operations, accounts payable, or accounting support.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with a US-based team.
- Experience in a small, fast-moving business is a strong plus.
Schedule:
- Full-time remote position with initial training on US Eastern Time.
- After training, schedule shifts to UK-aligned hours, approximately 4:00 AM - 1:00 PM ET.
