Responsibilities:
- Review inspection data, contractor scopes and budgets for accuracy.
- Develop detailed scopes of work aligned with construction standards.
- Oversee projects, monitoring progress through systems and feedback.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in residential construction, renovation, or property management.
- Strong ability to write, review, and negotiate detailed scopes of work and budgets.
- Deep understanding of construction practices, pricing norms and building systems.
Location:
- This is a remote position.
- Candidates must be based in one of the following metro areas: Atlanta, GA; Charlotte, NC; Dallas, TX; Houston, TX; or Phoenix, AZ.
