Role & Responsibilities:

  • Lead HubSpot CRM implementations, migrations, and RevOps strategy projects across the full customer lifecycle, owning vision, execution, and account management.
  • Configure HubSpot CRM, build workflows, automation, lead scoring, and manage pipelines, data quality, and integrations with tools like Salesforce and Zapier.
  • Design custom reports, dashboards, and revenue analytics to support marketing automation, sales processes, and system alignment.

Client Engagement & Consulting:

  • Act as a trusted advisor, translating business requirements into scalable technical solutions and communicating with stakeholders across marketing, sales, ops, and leadership.
  • Deliver documentation, process mapping, and training materials such as Loom videos and SOPs to identify opportunities for system improvements and account growth.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Salary range of $100,000 - $115,000 per year with quarterly, customer expansion, and net new sales bonus programs.
